Wuhan Yuchang Laser Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2017 and located in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone (China's Optics Valley), is a high-tech enterprise engaged in R&D, manufacturing, and sales. Headquartered in the national-level Optoelectronic Valley Science and Technology Innovation Park, the company maintains long-term university–enterprise partnerships with Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan Textile University.
YClaser focuses on the R&D and production of high-precision laser cutting machines and ultra-high-precision micro-nano processing equipment for hard and brittle materials. These products are widely applied in semiconductor chips, solar photovoltaics, new energy vehicles, advanced ceramics, aerospace, medical devices and other fields. We also provide laser processing services.

We sincerely welcome customers to visit our company at any time. Our dedicated reception team will provide thoughtful reception services, including catering and transportation arrangements, to ensure a comfortable and convenient visiting experience.
In-Sales Service
In accordance with the contract, YClaser ensures safe delivery of equipment to the customer's designated location within the agreed time. Our technical engineers will provide on-site installation and commissioning, which will be completed within one week once basic conditions are met, maintaining a clean and orderly work site.
We offer free professional training for at least 3 days after installation, covering:

Daily equipment maintenance
After-Sales
YClaser offers a one-year free warranty for the whole machine, lifetime maintenance, and free replacement of damaged parts caused by non-human factors during the warranty period.
Our customer service responds within 12 hours. We will first provide remote video support; if the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our technicians will be dispatched for on-site service.
After the warranty period, we continue to provide complete hardware and software support, as well as lifetime free system upgrades.
