Equipment Overview
The YCBL-2070 precision laser glass cutting system is purpose-built for flat glass machining. Its production efficiency is multiple times higher than conventional glass cutting, enabling fully dry, dust-free processing to avoid secondary contamination from cutting fluid and dust, thus securing consistent finished workpiece quality.
Utilizing the high-precision and high-speed merits of laser technology, the machine is equipped with high-precision XY linear motors to deliver high-speed, ultra-precise work piece machining. In addition, flexible process configuration, outstanding operational stability and superior production yield allow the equipment to satisfy diversified manufacturing requirements.
This machine is suitable for precision processing of various brittle materials including optical glass, borosilicate glass, coated glass, ordinary glass, sapphire and quartz.

Cutting Head Module

Motion Module
This machine adopts a 3-axis (X-Y-Z) motion platform. Its X and Y axes are driven by linear motors fixed on a marble base; such structure enables workpiece feeding with outstanding precision, high processing efficiency and long-running stability. The Z-axis is equipped with a servo motor for accurate focal position adjustment.
Industrial Control Software Module
The machine's control software is our self-developed proprietary laser cutting system. Benefiting from excellent hardware compatibility, it supports hardware configuration as well as setup of diverse machining parameters to match customers' custom processing demands. Featuring an intuitive, user-friendly GUI, the software comes with full functional packages for quick learning and easy operation.
