Its XY cross-shaped closed-frame structure ensures exceptional rigidity and stability of the optical path, guaranteeing consistent, high-quality beam transmission.
Driven by a high-speed, high-precision linear motor and equipped with a high-resolution grating ruler and a fully closed-loop bus-based CNC system, the machine delivers outstanding processing speed, micron-level accuracy, and long-term operational stability.
