1. Chlorinated Plastics (e.g., PVC)

Risk: Cutting produces highly toxic and corrosive chlorine and hydrochloric acid, seriously endangering personnel health and rapidly corroding the optical lenses and precision components of laser equipment.

 

2. Fluoroplastics (e.g., Teflon/PTFE)

Risk: Releases highly toxic hydrogen fluoride gas, posing a fatal threat to operators and damaging equipment.

 

3. Polycarbonate (PC)
