This equipment is equipped with a marble precision platform and a gantry-style enclosed structure, providing excellent rigidity, shock resistance, and high-speed stability. It also utilizes an imported magnetic levitation linear motor, a 0.5µm high-precision grating ruler, and a fully closed-loop bus CNC system, resulting in fast response, high precision, and low maintenance.
