1. Adhere to general safety operating procedures for cutting machines. Strictly follow the laser start-up procedure to start the laser, adjust the beam, and test the machine.

2. Operators must be trained, familiar with the cutting software, equipment structure and performance, and possess relevant knowledge of the operating system.

3. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required. Wear compliant protective eyewear when near the laser beam.

4. Do not process a material before confirming whether it can be irradiated or cut by the laser to avoid potential hazards from fumes and vapors.

5. Operators must not leave their posts or entrust others to supervise the equipment while it is running. If it is necessary to leave, the machine should be stopped or the power switch turned off.

6. Keep fire extinguishers within easy reach; turn off the laser or shutter when not processing; do not place paper, cloth, or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam.

7. If any abnormality is found during processing, stop the machine immediately, troubleshoot the problem promptly, or report it to the supervisor.

8. 9. Keep the laser, laser head, machine bed, and surrounding area clean, orderly, and free of oil stains. Workpieces, sheet metal, and waste should be stacked according to regulations.

10. When using gas cylinders, avoid damaging welding wires to prevent electric shock accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders must comply with gas cylinder inspection regulations. Gas cylinders must not be exposed to direct sunlight or near heat sources. When opening the cylinder valve, the operator must stand to the side of the nozzle.

11. High-pressure safety regulations must be followed during maintenance. Maintenance should be performed according to regulations and procedures every day, week, 1000 hours, or every six months.

12. After starting the machine, manually operate it at low speed along the X, Y, and Z axes to check for any abnormalities.

13. After inputting a new workpiece program, perform a trial run and check its operation.

14. During operation, carefully observe the machine's operation to prevent the cutting machine from going out of its effective travel range or colliding with another machine, which could cause an accident.
